01Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly: when creating your account (name, email) and when using the service (your brand URL and content, uploaded files, instructions, generated videos). If you choose your own voice, we process the audio sample only with your explicit consent. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
02Sign in with Google
If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares only your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use them only to create your Sitso account and sign you in. We do not sell them, use them for advertising or share them, except with our authentication host (Supabase), which stores your account for us. We do not request access to your emails, files or any other Google data. Sitso's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove access at any time from your Google Account (Security → Third-party apps) and delete your Sitso account from My account.
03How we use your data
Your data is used to: provide and improve our services; produce videos tailored to your brand; personalize your experience; communicate with you about your account; ensure the security of our services.
04Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction.
05Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with third-party providers who help us run the platform (hosting, payments, email, production providers for image, video, voice and music), subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
06Cookies
Essential cookies (sign-in, security, language preferences) are required for the site to work. Analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent: no analytics tool is loaded until you accept. You can change your choices anytime on the Cookies page.
07Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data. You can export or delete your data from My account, or write to us.
