01Acceptance
By accessing and using Sitso, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept them, please do not use our services.
02Description of the service
Sitso is a SaaS platform that produces motion design videos for SaaS companies from their website and instructions: brand reading, ideas, script, art direction, shots, voice, music and editing.
03Plans and payment
One free 20-second teaser per account. The teaser cannot be changed. Sitso Pro: $2,500 per month, cancel anytime, for one premium video a month up to 1:15, or $25,000 per year (two months free); extra video at $2,500, one payment. Payment via Stripe. Monthly plans cancel anytime and stay active until the end of the paid period.
04User account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
05Generated content
You remain responsible for checking and adapting the content before publication (copy, claims, figures). Sitso does not guarantee that generated content is error-free or suitable for every context.
06Ownership
You keep all rights to your brand and the content you upload. Videos you approve are yours for commercial use. You grant us a limited license to process your content in order to provide the service.
07Voice
If you use your own voice, you confirm it is your voice or that you have permission from the person concerned. You can delete the sample at any time.
08Prohibited uses
Sitso is only for making videos that present software. You may not use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to circumvent security measures, resell the service without authorization, or generate offensive, defamatory or misleading content. Any account that breaks these rules is closed.
09Changes to the terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance.
